John Karras has over 30 years of banking and sales experience in the Cape Cod area.  John originates residential mortgages on the Cape and island communities as well as southeastern Massachusetts.  John is a business administration graduate of Bryant College in North Smithfield, Rhode Island.  He originates a wide variety of mortgage products, including conventional fixed and adjustable rate mortgages, and jumbo loans.  He also offers assistance to first-time homebuyers.  Give John a call when you are ready to get started.
